Admission Requirements
TEACHs Admissions Policy states that each applicant must provide a copy of a high school diploma or certification of high school equivalency.
As part of its Admissions Policy, TEACH requires proof of age, demonstrating that the applicant is at least 16 years old. Students who do not have a high school diploma or G.E.D. must pass an accepted Ability to Benefit test to be admitted.
TEACH has a training agreement with the State of Connecticut Workers Compensation Commission.
Admissions Policy
All applicants to TEACH are given a personal interview to determine interest, desire, and ability to benefit from our training.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be above the age of compulsory education, 16 years old (photo I.D. required).
- Applicants must have a high school diploma, G.E.D. or pass a recognized Ability to Benefit test (documentation required).
- Secondary school students may be considered for enrollment. Such applicants must obtain written permission from the secondary school they attend and pass an Ability to Benefit test.
- TEACH does accept transfer students. Students will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if part or all of the hours and/or grades earned at another school will be accepted. Teach does not initiate contact with applicants or students at any other school.
